All children ages 5 to 11 are invited to our 2024 children's outreach Ice Cream Message Party August 3, 2024. Drop off starts at 8:45 AM and pick up starts at 12:00 Noon.

What to expect
We believe that children should like coming to church. We have a lot of fun, but it is fun with a purpose.
On Sunday morning, Wylie Kids strives to have programs that are safe, engaging and fun for children while they learn about the scriptures. Our method is to bring the Bible to life through role play, crafts, singing, and games.
The Wednesday evening AWANA program is based on fun games, scripture memorization and solid Bible teaching around the verses the kids are learning.
Wylie Kids begins at 10am on Sunday morning. We suggest arriving by 9:50 for check-in.
AWANA starts at 6:30 on Wednesday evenings during the school year, show up early for check-in! (AWANA is on summer break until Fall 2024, stay tuned for dates!)

Our Children's Ministries
We have two regularly scheduled children's ministries during the week.
Sunday every morning starting at 9:45 AM we offer a kid centric teaching and worship experience for ages 4 through 11 and a nursery for children under 4.
Wednesday evenings we offer an AWANA club centered on fun and memorizing scripture. (Currently on summer break)
We care about the safety of your child, physically, emotionally and spiritually and want them to enjoy their time with us in Wylie Kids. We have trained and background checked staff committed to each child's safety, teaching and having fun as the kids learn.
We currently use CEF's children's curriculum chosen for its appeal to children, and accuracy to the Scriptures on Sunday morning and use the AWANA curriculum for the same reasons on Wednesday evening.
Our ministry strives for excellence with achieving our goals of safety, accurate teaching and making sure the kids have fun.
